Rework has an exciting opportunity available on our Business Development team.

About the Team:

The Business Development team functions as the customer point of contact in partnership with the Project Management and Design Services teams during the sales process. This team works to build strong relationships with local business decision makers and select partners in the commercial real estate industry to influence the activation of new office furnishing projects for small to medium sized businesses across Chicagoland.

 

About the Role:

We’re looking for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience, ideally in a sales setting. We’ll provide you with comprehensive product and sales training to help ensure your success. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to shadow our most successful and experienced business development reps to deepen his or her knowledge of the business and kickstart success.

 

You have:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience, preferably in a sales setting
  • Passion for relationship building and acting as an ambassador for a unique, sustainable brand
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
