Important Notice: Warranty & Return Policy Update

Effective July 31, 2025, Rework’s warranty and return policy will be no longer valid due to the upcoming closure of our retail and warehouse operations.

With this change, all sales will be considered final and not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims. This includes both new and pre-owned furniture items, as well as any accessories or related products.

We understand that this may impact your purchasing decision and we encourage you to contact our customer care team at customercare@rework-furniture.com, with any questions or concerns regarding current warranties or pending returns. After this date, we will no longer be able to process claims or accept returned items.
