**This is a preowned product that is in excellent working condition but may show minor cosmetic wear. Rework Office Furniture maintains a high standard of quality for all preowned products and each item undergoes cleaning and inspection before being made available for purchase. Should you discover that merchandise is damaged or defective, please email customercare@rework-furniture.com and include a photo and a brief description of the damage or defect. The shipping carton and all shipping materials should be kept in the event a return is necessary.

Important Notice: Warranty & Return Policy Update

Effective July 31, 2025, Rework’s warranty and return policy will be no longer valid due to the upcoming closure of our retail and warehouse operations.

With this change, all sales will be considered final and not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims. This includes both new and pre-owned furniture items, as well as any accessories or related products.

We understand that this may impact your purchasing decision and we encourage you to contact our customer care team at customercare@rework-furniture.com, with any questions or concerns regarding current warranties or pending returns.
