Do the chairs come fully assembled?
The majority of our product will be picked up, delivered, or shipped fully assembled in order to provide a great customer experience for you. You will be responsible for disposing of the packing materials which may include a pallet, cardboard, and plastic wrap.
How long does shipping take?
We will have the product prepped for shipping within 2-3 days of the order being placed. The product should arrive to you within about a week AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED.
What is the Manufacturing year?
Because we purchase the majority of our product gently used, we cannot always provide the manufacturing year. Some product has manufacturing years visible on a tag or sticker – if this is the case for the product you are interested in, we would be happy to provide that information to you.
What is the difference between as-is and refurbished?
As-is products are items that were received at Rework in good condition and have been cleaned and all functionality has been checked. Refurbished product may have had work done such as paint touch ups, foam replacement, and reupholstery.
What is the return policy?
You may return products within 30 days of your original purchase. Once we receive the product, we will look over the condition that it was returned in and will issue a refund accordingly. If your product was delivered to you, you are responsible for all return shipping costs or bringing the product back to us. Purchases for products that are on clearance or closeout are not eligible for returns.
How soon can I pick up my product after I order?
We kindly ask that you allow us 24-48 hours after you place your order so that we may clean and prep your order for pick up.
Where do you get your inventory?
We purchase most of our inventory from offices around the continental united states through our decommission program. Once the product arrives at our facility, everything is inspected, cleaned, and refurbished if needed.
